What We Do?

1. We make an intensive and extensive survey of lands throughout Tamilnadu to locate fertile lands which accommodates almost all commercial and profitable crops.
2. We organize such lands to a sizable acreage and offer them for sale to the interested people a part or full [One to hundreds of acres] according to their need, like and affordability.
3. We provide free consultancy services during the pre and post purchase period to further extend or develop, to maintain profitably, to bring in updated, feasible and low-cost technical know-how for the best profit in a unit area.
4. On request, we develop basic infrastructures like fencing, farmhouses, labour shelters, electrification, leveling, contouring, irrigation provisions etc., on contract basis.
5. As most of the proposed land owners are outside dwellers, we do farm maintenance on annual cost & contract basis.
6. If requested and required, we do attend harvest of crops and market them in high cost markets to realize the maximum profit for the landlords.
